Cassandre Loiselle

Born in Montréal’s Côte-des-Neiges district in 1998, Cassandra Loiselle has been immersed in culture and the performing arts since childhood. After completing her acting training in 2022 at UQAM’s École supérieure de théâtre, she co-directed the performative solo Née at Théâtre Aux Écuries’ Vous Êtes Ici event, then at the winter edition (2023) of the Passerelle 840 dance festival, an experience that sparked her strong interest in making the most of every artist’s strengths and talents. Fascinated by the expressiveness of the body, Cassandre wants to perfect her physical technique while collaborating on hybrid artistic projects that enlist movement as a vector of incandescence. Alternating between the visual arts, street dance and theatre, her interests sustain her daily sense of wonder. Cassandre is an amalgam of her experiences, which allows her to be multiple in performance.
