David Hein

David Hein is an Olivier Award winning, Tony and Grammy nominated writer. He and Irene Sankoff created My Mother’s Lesbian Jewish Wiccan Wedding based on his David mom’s true story, earning Best Musical awards across America. He has developed projects with Disney, Netflix, Warner Bros, HBO and the CW, and created comics for Marvel and commercials for the Canadian government. Come From Away is currently playing around the world and on Apple TV+, and is one of the 50th longest running Broadway shows ever. David is the recipient of the Meritorious Service Cross of Canada.
